Ethnic Girls® ensures that our customers don’t experience any hassles even after the purchase. In case of any defect or size issues in the item, the customers can return or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt, without any questions being asked.
Ethnic Girls® will arrange for one free reverse pickup. In case of refund, the amount will be credited back to the bank account within 3 working days and in case of exchange, the new item will be dispatched within 3 working days. Our quality management team will thoroughly inspect the returned item and refund/exchange request will be subjected to their approval. In case of an unsuccessful reverse pickup after 1 attempt, the refund/exchange request will be cancelled.
If the customer opt for the refund and bank details are missing, the customers will be granted a credit note, within 3 working days after receiving the item. This credit note can be redeemed at the website www.ethnicgirls.in within 3 months of issue date.
Customers should ensure to pack the items they are returning very carefully, safely and securely in order to prevent any loss or damage during the transit period. Be sure to include all the original packaging elements (like tags etc).
Once Ethnic Girls® quality management team has received the returned item, the refund/exchange will be subjected to their approval. The returned item should meet the appropriate requirements of being undamaged.

Ethnic Girls® will arrange reverse pickup only once in case of an exchange or refund for an order.

A. Any item bought from Ethnic Girls® is eligible for the return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. In case the items have some sort of manufacturing defect or size issues then return/exchange request can be raised within 7 days of delivery and Ethnic Girls® will exchange the product after having received it in the warehouse. Returned products are to be returned with all the original packaging and tags that were shipped to you along with the item.
