Q. What is the cost of shipping?
A. Shipping for all orders within India is Free.
Q. How long will it take for the order to reach me?
A. Each Ethnic Girls® order takes around 5 to 9 days to get delivered from the day of order placement.
Q. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
A. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91-8822556600 or write to us at care@ethnicgirls.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
Q. My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
A. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If we are unable to fulfill the order in 15 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ethnic Girls® and accept Ethnic Girls®’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Mailing hours
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
